Goethals Hall Restoration

City College, New York NY

A six years long multi-phase project, and developed at the same time with Compton Hall (see here), the Project scope required full precast and partial schist stone replacement of the 1930 Landmarks building. The austere building features precast panels in several shades of beige/pink that are uniformly distributed. The original three-year schedule was altered due to: added scope of work, the College Schedule, and Field Conditions, some of which required separate projects.

The project was managed from design to completion by TDA in association with another architectural office.
