Reviewed and approved in a Public Hearing by the NY Landmarks Preservation Commission, the boutique occupies the first two floors of the rebuilt Longchamp Building (see here). The storefront “fold” design that sets it apart at street level is featured at the interior as well where the millwork design and floor patterns lead the shopper towards the back of the store where a double height space highlights the most exclusive pieces of the French retailer.

The project was managed from design to completion by TDA in association with another architectural office.
