The project keeps only the foundation of the small existing house. The design features at the first floor a Colonnade Corridor, and a double height Living Room with Fireplace that is open to the adjacent spaces: Dining Room, Study Room, Family Room, and large Kitchen with Breakfast Area. The second floor features: Colonnade Corridor opened to Living Room below, Master Bedroom with WIC and Master Bathroom, Kids and Guest Bedrooms, each with WIC and full Bathrooms. A three cars garage was also provided with a 700 sqft Exercise Room above. A fully finished basement with storage spaces, under the main house, completes the project.
