The 60,000 sqft building is “fractured” along the long axis in six structurally independent sections due to seismic requirements. The building features stacked parking at the ground floor. The three floors above feature studios as well as one, two and three bedroom apartments of various square footages, with the larger units located towards the ends of the building. The buildings are topped by two storey high duplexes at each section which are setback from the face of the building due to zoning regulations. The presented plans illustrate the approved version by the building department.
