The Interior renovations scope of work includes: Library Renovations, Auditorium renovations including stage and stage refurbishment, complete gut renovation and reconfiguration of classrooms and bathrooms at basement level, and the floor replacement in 80% of the 1st and 2nd floor spaces which are comprised of three different school wings built at different times which required extensive probes, research and detailing (over 60 different floor details).

The exterior scope includes: renovation and reconstruction of various exterior access points in the building (stairs, ramps, areaways).
