Perched on the 5th floor of the Shepard Hall Tower, and overlooking the City College campus and the City, the design for The Moynihan Center proposes a complete transparency between the disparate spaces bringing together the parts for a more harmonious total. Part of the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership at City College, the Moynihan Center project construction is scheduled for 2024.
