The Project required the development of a new cohesive Design Identity for all company’s spaces: the main building located in Garden City and several branch offices. Further, the existing building’s four floors of medical offices, labs and the small surgery operating block had to be completely reorganized due to the increase in operation complexity over the years and the addition of new functions. The Programming phase included extensive staff interviews and an analysis of the logistics of the company. The resulting Schematic Design plans were approved by the Owner.  

Design, Concept & Schematic Plan Development, Programming Survey, Analysis & Report, were completed by TDA in association with another architectural office.
