Besides providing Design Services (here) TDA provided Project Management Services throughout the duration of the project from design phase through completion. The services included the coordination of the design team (France) with the architectural & engineering team (US) and the General Contractor (Dickinson Cameron Construction) as well as the coordination of the Owner’s vendors for storefront (US, China), lighting systems (US, India, China), decorative features (Germany), millwork (China), finishes (US, China), IT and security (US, India), Audio Video systems (US), etc.
